     OJSC “Tyumenenergo” - The Biggest Electricity Distribution Company in Western Siberia. Established in July 1, 2005 in the reform of Russian power industry.

     OJSC Tyumenenergo provides centralized power supply in the territory of more than 1 million square km. The structure of the company consists of 9 affiliates, providing implementation of functions related to transmission and distribution of electric energy, with total staff of 6120 people.

     Among the priority activities of OAO "Tyumenenergo", as the distribution network company, are:

- Increase network bandwidth;

- Modernization of transmission lines;

- Improve the reliability of power supply to consumers of the Tyumen region through construction of new substations, overhead transmission and cable lines.

     The Company is a 100% subsidiary joint-stock company of OJSC “Holding MRSK”.
